For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

How do you break the Strongholds in your life?
When you ask GOD to forgive and let go of your past\people that hurt, rejected and abandoned you. You will receive the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit of God has sealed you in Jesus Christ until you experience your full salvation. So never grieve the Spirit of God or take for granted his holy influence in your life. Lay aside bitter words, temper tantrums, revenge, profanity, and insults. But instead be kind and affectionate toward one another. Has God graciously forgiven you? Then graciously forgive one another in the depths of Christ’s love. Ephesians 4:30-32
The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free. Luke 4:18
How do I receive the Holy Spirit?
When you receive the Holy Spirit your body, mind, heart will experience the most amazing, wonderful, love, joy and peace(freedom) and you will never ever forget it.
GOD is Spirit.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23
The Blood of Jesus will set you free.
There is only one Answer: The Blood of Jesus will set you free.
The truth is all of us have broken the laws(rules\guidance) of GOD but Jesus paid your debt\price so that you can be set free from your pain, suffering and torments and have eternal life (love, hope and peace). Jesus came to tell the world there is a Father that loves you so much. And Jesus said I will send you a helper\comforter\advocate called the Holy Spirit.

To be set free pray the following prayer out loud from your heart.
Jesus thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I give all my heart to you. Please forgive me, I will turn away from all my sins and will follow you every day of my life. I receive you as my LORD and Savior. Baptise me with the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

I feel that there are not really any true people in this world and I believe this is the way the world is and that nobody really cares about my pain, torments and sufferings.
